Our friends from ReVision Energy can be seen here preparing to rough-in installation of a solar electricity rooftop system at our Model Cottage. Royale’s exterior trim and siding crew are also working on-site with True North Builders during a beautiful, sunny day at Cumberland Crossing!

Our Model Cottage at Cumberland Crossing is starting to feel warm and cozy! Stacy Gammon and his team have installed energy efficient Mathews Brothers Sanford Hills Series windows and doors. And Mancini Electric and Jamy’s Plumbing & Heating are placing ‘rough-ins’ inside the home.

Drawing Board Maine Home+Design Cumberland Crossing by OceanView is the latest development to provide contemporary New England cottage living to Maine’s senior community. A sister project to the OceanView at Falmouth retirement community, Cumberland Crossing will be located in Cumberland.

True North Builders took advantage of the warm conditions this week at Cumberland Crossing. Trusses were set for our beautiful new model cottage, a “B” style home, with a 2 car garage. Great progress and excellent work by the True North Builders team!
