Doug Shea Foundations has placed footings for our upcoming Model Cottage. Stacy Gammon from True North Builders will have his framing crews putting walls up within the next couple weeks!

Construction Update

After a rainy couple of days over the weekend, Cumberland Crossing construction presses on with road rough-ins, erosion control barriers in place, and sewer line construction starting over the next couple weeks. Over 800 feet of water line installed last week by Storey Brothers Excavating. Great progress!
